What payment options do I have at meditativ.com?

You can pay with credit card, Klarna (invoice or instant payment), PayPal, Apple or Google Pay, eps, or Union Pay.

How quickly will I receive my goods?

We pack your parcel as quickly as possible and then take it to our shipping provider. Delivery times vary and are approximately 3-5 working days. We do our best to ensure your order arrives at your home as quickly as possible.

Which shipping provider do we use?

We ship our goods with GLS.

How will you be informed about the order status?

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. As soon as your shipment is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the corresponding tracking number.

Can I return medi-tativ products?

Of course, that's no problem. You can return your goods to us within 14 days. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Consumable items are excluded. You can find more information under "Shipping Conditions & Returns."
