Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for orders over €99. Below this amount, a flat rate of €4.99 applies in Austria and Germany, €9.99 in the rest of the EU + Switzerland, and €19.99 worldwide.

Returns
First, we would like to ask you to avoid returns if possible. We therefore put a lot of effort into product descriptions, information, product photos and product videos.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can of course return your order to us within 14 days. Please contact us at office@medi-tativ.com regarding this and send the package back to us with sufficient postage. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days after the return is received in our office.

As a small startup, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for returns.
Please return the products well-packaged in their original packaging.
Unpaid or insufficiently franked packages incur penalty postage, which is charged to us by the post office. Unfortunately, we have to charge you for this penalty postage and deduct it from the amount to be refunded.
